Grace Chamoun Taranto Named to Profiles in Leadership Journal's 2026 Women Worth Watching List
New York—May 26, 2026—Krauss Shaknes Tallentire & Messeri LLP associate Grace Chamoun Taranto has been named to Profiles in Leadership Journal's 2026 Women Worth Watching List. The annual award celebrates women across the globe for their achievements inside and outside of the workplace.
Grace has spent her career on matrimonial and family law matters, with experience spanning divorce, child custody and support, spousal support, equitable distribution, domestic violence matters, and Hague Convention international child abduction proceedings. A former Big Law litigator with substantial courtroom experience, she is a certified mediator and parenting coordinator. This unique background allows her to provide comprehensive service to clients, whether resolving disputes efficiently outside the courtroom or litigating complex, high-conflict matters before a judge.
She is an active member of the Richmond County Bar Association, where she serves as the Secretary and the Diversity Committee chair. She is also the former vice president of the Staten Island Women's Bar Association.
Grace earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where she graduated with an International Business Law Fellowship, and her undergraduate degree from St. Joseph's University, summa cum laude.
