For more than 15 years, Alexis has advised high-net-worth individuals on the full spectrum of matrimonial and family law issues. Drawing on her concentration in economics at the University of Michigan, Alexis has developed particular experience analyzing complex financial issues that arise in matrimonial and family law matters. Her creative approach to financial questions has repeatedly allowed her clients to reach innovative and satisfying answers that avoid the need for trial.
In addition to her fluency with complex financial issues, Alexis also brings a rare ability to connect with her clients during the various challenges that may arise during their matrimonial and family legal matters, earning their lasting trust, due in part to her ability to bring clarifying analysis to emotionally charged issues. She regularly represents parties in connection with pre-nuptial, post-nuptial, and separation agreements; divorce negotiations and litigation; child custody and parental access disputes; and equitable distribution and spousal and child support arrangements.
Alexis has spent her entire career focused on matrimonial and family law in New York. Before joining KSTM, she was a partner at Chemtob Moss Forman & Beyda, LLP, where she practiced for over 13 years.
An avid reader, Alexis lives in Bergen County, New Jersey with her husband, son, and daughter.
